As we all know, the self-locking detection method of the differential is carried out by quickly pulling the steel wire rope. When the steel wire rope completes the braking within a very short stretching range, it means that the self inspection is passed. Then, it is repeated more than twice. If all tests pass, it is qualified and can be used with confidence. But strictly speaking, there is a standard operating method for the three time self-locking detection.
After the first self-locking of the wire rope, we should try not to return the wire rope to its initial position again during the second inspection.
