When conducting high-altitude operations for personnel, we generally choose nylon ropes because the surface of steel wire ropes is sharp and too hard, making them easy to be scratched during use and generating greater impact during braking; When we are protecting heavy objects being lifted or using speed reducers in areas with sharp edges, we can use steel wire ropes for operations. The steel wire rope material is sturdy and not easily scratched or broken by the edges, making it more suitable for protecting heavy objects in terms of strength.
