As a key protective equipment for high-altitude operations, the anti fall device must be strictly inspected before use to ensure that the locking mechanism is sensitive and effective, the rope is not worn or broken, and the connecting components are firm and reliable. The safety belt should be hung high and used low in the correct way, with the hook fastened to a sturdy load-bearing structure. It is strictly prohibited to hang it on non load bearing components such as scaffolding poles and crossbars. The safety helmet should be fastened with a chin strap to ensure effective cushioning in case of accidental collision.

The construction unit should regularly organize special inspections of anti fall equipment, establish a "one person, one equipment, one file" management system, and record in detail the purchase date, inspection records, replacement status, and other information of the equipment. In response to the characteristics of excessive sweating and damp clothing in summer, workers should be equipped with safety shoes with good anti slip performance, and anti slip pads should be placed on the scaffold steps to prevent falling accidents caused by foot slippage. At the same time, strengthen safety training by explaining accident cases and conducting practical exercises to enable workers to proficiently master the correct use of protective equipment and effectively improve their awareness of safety protection.
