1. Check the appearance of the safety rope with the fall arrester and try to lock it for 2 ~ 3 times (locking method: pull out the safety rope at normal speed and make a "click" sound; pull the safety rope hard and lock it. When you let go, the safety rope should be automatically recovered into the device. If the safety rope cannot be fully recovered, just pull out some safety ropes). Stop using if there is any abnormality.

In principle, when using the fall arrester for tilting operation, the inclination shall not exceed 30, and whether it can hit the surrounding objects must be considered when the inclination is more than 30. The key parts of the fall arrester of our company have been subject to special treatment such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and have been closely debugged. There is no need to add lubricant during use. It is strictly prohibited to use the safety rope when it is used. Disassembly and modification are strictly prohibited. And should be placed in a dry place with less dust.

4. The fall arrester can be used by pulling out the rope at will during operation. Normal operation will not be affected under normal conditions (less than 2m per second). When the fall arrester is in normal use, the safety rope will stretch freely with the human body. Under the action of the mechanism in the device, it is in a semi tense state, so that the operator has no sense of concern. In case of slip and fall, the pulling speed of the safety rope is significantly accelerated, and the locking system in the device will automatically lock.
