At the site of scaffold dismantling in a certain project, a worker fell instantly due to stepping on the ground, and the anti fall device was promptly locked, allowing him to hang 3 meters above the ground. After inspection, it was found that the brake component of the anti fall device had firmly grasped the steel wire rope, leaving only a slight indentation. This scene confirms that the anti fall device is not an optional "additional equipment", but a "safety valve" directly linked to life in high-altitude operations.
